FinalCheck does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data or email content.

The extension reads your Gmail compose window locally to check spelling, links, attachments, and recipients. This processing happens entirely within your browser. Nothing is sent to external servers.

Analytics: FinalCheck collects anonymised, non-personal usage data (such as whether the modal was opened or a check was flagged) to improve the product. No email content, recipients, or personally identifiable information is included in these events.

External Resources: The extension loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com) to render the review interface. This request is subject to Google's privacy policy.

The only external requests made are to check whether links in your email are reachable. These requests do not include any personal information.
